Delhi BJP organized various programs on the occasion of Makar Sankranti

New Delhi, 14 January. On the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti, BJP National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam, Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta and State Organization General Secretary Siddharthan lead the food distribution program organized at Ganesh Nagar Community Hall Utsav Ground. Earlier, State President Adesh Gupta attended the motorcycle road show. The motorcycle road-show started from Laxmi Nagar Metro Station, Ganesh Kachori and reached the Ganesh Nagar Community Hall Utsav Ground via Pandav Nagar and Mother Dairy Road.

State President Adesh Gupta and State Organization General Secretary Siddharthan distributed blankets among the poor and needy during the program organized at Ramjas Ground in West Patel Nagar. MP Pravesh Sahib Singh honored the senior citizens at a program organized in Uttam Nagar.

State President Adesh Gupta said that, the festival of Sun's entry from Dakshinayan to Uttarayan is 'Makar Sankranti' which is a symbol of moving away from darkness towards light, from evil to good, from false to truth. East to west or from north to south, the festival of Makar Sankranti with different names is celebrated with great enthusiasm throughout the country. He said that, with the efforts of Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi, the country has been able to overcome the Corona crisis. We are proud that our scientists have prepared the corona vaccine and today the whole world is going to use the vaccine manufactured in India.

State Organization General Secretary Siddharthan said that, this auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti has become even more special because the vaccine is also ready to combat with the corona pandemic due to the vision of Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi and the hard work and dedication of our scientists. We are confident that under the leadership of Modi ji, the country will be corona-free.

MP Pravesh Sahib Singh, while wishing Makar Sankranti, wished that this festival of Makar Sankranti brought happiness, prosperity and wealth in everyone's life. At the Varisth Nagarik Samman Program, he said that, development of family and organization is not possible without the elderly. We want the youth to gain from the experiences of the elder, since the elderly have experienced many ups and downs of life, there is more than little to be learned from them.

In Pandav Nagar program, former Delhi BJP President Satish Upadhyay, State General Secretary Dinesh Pratap Singh, State Vice President Jaiveer Rana, Sunil Yadav, State Media Head Naveen Kumar, MLA Abhay Verma, Spokesperson Aditya Jha along with district and mandal office bearers were present.

In West Patel Nagar program, State Vice President Ashok Goel Devraha, Rajan Tiwari, Karol Bagh District President Rajesh Goel, Spokesperson Virender Babbar, Outer-Delhi District Co-inharge Bharat Bhushan Madan, Councillor Vipin Malhotra, Ramesh Kumar, Sunita Gaba, District General Secretary Dhanesh Tiwari, Dipali Kapoor, Mandal President Vishnu Dev Yadav, Delhi Containment Board Vice-president Rachna Kadian along with district and mandal office bearers were present.

In Uttam Nagar program of Varisth Nagrik Samman, District President Vijay Solanki, District General Secretary Mukesh Mishra, Achal Sharma, District Secretary Himanshu Yadav, Councillor Krishan Gehlot along with district and mandal office bearers were present.
